SHIPPING: Charges are based on size and weight of the item. You will be notified of the cost. Your purchase will be professionally packed and fully insured for a safe delivery. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within 2 to 3 weeks from the order date. Orders are shipped UPS ground, unless instructed otherwise. Larger pieces require delivery and set-up by the artist.

RETURN PRIVILEGES: We believe that our customer should have the right to return a purchase that does not meet their expectations. If a customer wishes to return a purchase, he or she must contact Peter Greenwood by phone within (3) days of receipt of the merchandise (860) 677-7020. Any returns must be shipped back in the original packing material and container provided by the artist and insured for full value. We are unable to accept returns from outside the United States and Canada, or merchandise that has been made to special order.

PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.: We are more than happy to take purchases from outside the United States and Canada, however, you must know that there are no returns on these purchases. The same applies for those items shipped to a location outside the U.S. and Canada.

ARTWORK DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damage, call us immediately at (860) 677-7020, so we can have it picked up. A replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
