Weekend Glass Blowing Getaways
We are offering a weekend glass blowing getaway adventure in the charming historic town of Riverton Connecticut. Also available during the week. Treat yourself to the unique experience of working with molton glass. There are different options on what can be made from a simple paperweight, glass flower to a blown vase. Available for all ages 7 years old and up.
No experience is necessary. All of the workshops are private lessons.
The glass studio gallery & school is located inside the historic stone church that was built in 1829. The converted church has a large gallery on the second floor displaying hand blown glass furniture, lighting, wall sculptures, vessels, metal and exotic wood furniture. Also featuring the paintings, metal sculptures, glass sculptures and Jewelry of Christine Chaise Greenwood.
Stay overnight at the studio
On the property is a 33 foot trailer with an atmosphere that is cozy complete with all amenities including WiFi, TV, fully equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, AC, heat, bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Bedroom sleeps two with a
full size mattress, a pullout sleeper couch in the living room sleeps two. Pets considered.

The wild and scenic Farmington River flows through the center of the town.
